Family Appeals for Safe Recovery of Allegedly Kidnapped Woman in Taunsa Sharif
**Family Appeals for Safe Recovery of Allegedly Kidnapped Woman in Taunsa Sharif** A resident of Basti Jandani in Taunsa Sharif, Kifayat Ullah, held a press conference at the Taunsa Press Club and appealed to the authorities for the safe recovery of his sister-in-law, who he claims was kidnapped a few days ago. Speaking to the media, Kifayat Ullah said that his brother, Muhammad Bilal's wife, was allegedly abducted by nine nominated suspects. He stated that the Border Military Police (BMP) Shamtala Police Station has registered a case regarding the incident. However, despite the registration of the FIR, he claimed that no significant progress has been made in recovering the missing woman. Kifayat Ullah expressed serious concern for his sister-in-law's safety, saying that her life is in danger. He added that if any harm comes to her, he would hold the concerned police officials and the alleged kidnappers responsible. He urged the Chief Minister of Punjab, Maryam Nawaz, Commissioner Dera Ghazi Khan, Deputy Commissioner Usman Khalid, and the Commandant of the Border Military Police (BMP) to take immediate notice of the matter and ensure the woman's early and safe recovery. The family has appealed to the authorities to speed up the investigation, arrest those involved, and bring the woman back safely as soon as possible. The case remains under investigation.
